I think the best diet we follow to be healthy, is an equilibrated diet, this diet consist in balanced all kind of food. To guide us, exist a famouse piramid of alimentation.
In this piramid we can see how many portions we have to eat dairy included carbohidrates, vegetables, proteins,fats, fruits and cereals.
Is a good information that we have follow, beside, we have make excercice every day to keep our body in good conditions.
